Welcome to Park Place at Lytle

Welcome to your community, Park Place at Lytle.  Since late 2005, when the first owners moved in, residents have been part of a vertical neighborhood consisting of 112 condominiums.  Housed in the grand, former J. R. Polk Building, the structure provides a unique setting with a stunning seven-story atrium as its central architectural feature.

Located within the central business district of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, this historic building, built in 1904, is located at the corner of Fourth and Pike Streets, just north of the Taft Art Museum. After one hundred years of serving as the home of many businesses, the building was renovated and is now subdivided into upscale condominiums along with a fitness center, guest suites, atrium, rooftop garden, party room, community activity rooms, and library.

Home to many people since 2005, the community has prided itself on being a quiet, safe, clean and well-maintained environment where a resident can be engaged in activities with other neighbors if they wish or primarily use Park Place as a home base for a busy life outside the building.  The goal of the community has been for each resident to experience Park Place as a friendly and welcoming place to live.

This website is a tool for residents to learn about the community, a way to keep everyone informed about area happenings, and a place to provide a one-stop-shop for board communications, maintenance requests, security, and more.
