Park Place at Lytle has joined in the CSO Neighbor Network. Attached here you will find the enrollment letter for details of the program, including your unique promo code.

Here are your next steps to take full advantage of this program:

• Interested residents should enroll themselves here (or copy/paste cincinnatisymphony.org/neighbor-enroll into a browser)
• That’s it! Those enrolled will receive monthly emails with eligible discounted concerts

You may view all eligible discounted concerts at cincinnatisymphony.org/neighbors — the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra will send out emails at the top of each month with what’s upcoming, but any eligible discounted concert can be purchased at any time.

Additionally, if ever any residence were interested in a group outing, you may contact Nic Bizub, CTA at 513.864.0196.  Some find their movie concerts are especially popular and a great activity for associations such as Park Place. Though these are not eligible for the CSO Neighbor Network discount, Nic would be more than happy to work with you on a special rate should there be interest.

Boom on the Bridge is Sunday, September 3, 2023.

Attached is the eagerly awaited notice about viewing the Riverfest fireworks from the rooftop of Park Place.  Tickets for viewing from the rooftop will be on a first come, first serve basis in pairs, up to the maximum total of 73 pair. Please note that the initial request is for one pair of tickets per unit.

All responses must be received by 3 pm on Friday, August 18th, in three parts;

1. Would you like to reserve a pair of rooftop passes for September 3rd?
2. If there are extra passes, would you like to be placed in the lottery for an additional pair?
3. Would you like to be in the lottery for a parking pass? 

Be certain to take note of the section regarding Guest Parking. Additional parking may be available from Gray Photo Imaging; ask for Hope at 621-4936.   

The Lottery, for any additional pairs of tickets and the Guest Parking spots, will take place on Thursday, August 24th.  All the tickets will be available for pickup and those parking passes starting on Thursday, August 31st at the front desk. 

The Annual Meeting for the Park Place at Lytle Condominium Owners’ Association will be held August 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room. A lite snack sponsored by the Social Committee will be available starting at 5:30 p.m.

The primary purpose of this meeting is for the homeowners to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors for two (2) year terms.

This is your opportunity to participate in the decision-making process of your community. Your attendance is both needed and encouraged.
