As we bid farewell to the holiday season, we’re thrilled to unveil a lineup of exciting events designed to foster community connections. Please mark your calendars for the following:
- Happy Hour at the Phelps:

- Lecture Series:
- Join us for a captivating history lesson with Greg Rhodes & David Holliday on the topic: “Printers, Playgrounds, Murder, and Mayhem: The History of 400 Pike and the Neighbors.”

Additional Opportunities:
- Walking Club: Interested in a Park Place at Lytle walking club? Joe Brannen has volunteered to lead. All skill levels are welcome. Days and times to be determined. Contact Joe directly at joebrannen@icloud.net if interested.
- Volunteers Needed for Derby Party: Our social committee is seeking volunteers for the Derby Party on Saturday, May 4th. Responsibilities include decorating, set-up, clean-up, preparing Mint Julep, bar tending, betting coordination on the race, and judging the hats.
