The Pergola on the Roof top will be replaced over the next two weeks. The project will be done in two phases to limit the disruption and allow for the use of the Roof Top area as much as possible. Beginning Monday May 13th at 8 AM, the roof top will be closed while the Pergola is dismantled. The plan is to open up use to the area once demolition is completed IF it can be done safely. I will send out a follow up message to let you know when the roof top is open for resident use. Portions of the roof top area maybe “sectioned off”  for material storage and safety reasons so please be aware of your surroundings and stay clear of identified areas.

The roof top will again be closed for reconstruction beginning on Monday May 20th at 8 AM and remain closed until completion. The plan is to have our new Pergola for the Memorial day weekend.
