The Board extends its warmest wishes to residents and owners as we enter the holiday season!

Since 2006, our Park Place community has generously given financial holiday gifts to each of our front desk security and cleaning staff. We deeply appreciate their daily efforts to keep our home comfortable, safe, and clean throughout the year.

The Staff Holiday Fund allows us to collectively say thank you! Our staff are essential to the quality of life we enjoy at Park Place.

In some condo communities, unit owners give individual gifts. At Park Place, the Board coordinates gift-giving to make the process more efficient for residents and owners, as well as fairness for the staff.

We suggest and encourage each resident and owner to contribute. Historically, most have contributed $100—some have given more. Of course, contributions of any amount are welcome. Park Place takes pride in its spirit of generosity.

For accounting and payroll reasons, checks cannot be drawn on Association accounts. Therefore, please make your check payable to David Myers – Treasurer PP@L, with a notation “PP@L Holiday Gift.” Alternatively, you may Venmo Dave at @David-Myers-611. Checks can also be dropped off in the black mail slot outside Sheryl’s 4th-floor office. Please label the envelope “Holiday Gift.”

We kindly ask that contributions be made by Thursday, December 14, so gifts can be distributed before the Christmas holiday.

We’re confident that you share our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of those who clean, maintain, and secure our building. The Staff Holiday Fund is our annual opportunity to express our gratitude for their efforts.

We are pleased to announce that four (4) storage rooms are now available for lease! These are full storage rooms — not lockers or cages. Three of the rooms are conveniently located on the fourth floor, just outside the west entrance to the storage locker/cage area, and the fourth room is situated near the east elevator.

Available Units:

Unit S45: 8 x 9.4 x 9 (75.2 sq. ft.) – $300.00/month
Unit S46: 9.4 x 8.10 x 9 (76.14 sq. ft.) – $300.00/month
Unit S47: 11.9 x 5.4 x 9 (64.26 sq. ft.) – $275.00/month
Unit S48: 10.11 x 13.5 x 9 (136.48 sq. ft.) – $550.00/month (located near the East elevator)

Selection Process – Lottery System:

1. Eligibility: All Park Place at Lytle owners are eligible to participate. Owners who do not currently have a storage room will have the first opportunity to secure one. They will be the only owners participating in the first round of the lottery. If any storage rooms remain unassigned after this initial round, they will be offered to all owners in a subsequent lottery.
2. Entry Submission: To enter the lottery, please email Sheryl at sherylwaite@towneproperties.com with your name and unit number. Please title your email Storage Lottery.
3. Entry Limit: One entry per owned unit.

Key Dates:

• Entry Deadline: Wednesday, November 20th
• Drawing Date: Friday, November 22nd

Drawing & Unit Assignment:
The first selected owner may choose any of the available units. This selection process will continue until all units are assigned.

Rental Terms:

• Lease Duration: Each winner will lease their assigned unit on an annual basis, with the option to renew each year. If the unit owner sells their condo, the leased storage unit will revert to the general pool, and a new tenant will be selected via lottery.
• Ownership: Storage units are part of the common area and are owned by the Condominium Owners Association (COA). The Board of Directors reserves the right to adjust fees and terminate leases as necessary.

Viewing the Units:
All storage units are unlocked and open for viewing.

Erlanger Window Cleaning will be performing the exterior window cleaning and interior Atrium window cleaning for the building starting the week of November 5th, weather permitting.

As in previous years, you have the opportunity to schedule interior and exterior balcony window cleaning for your unit at a reduced rate during this time. For your convenience, I’ve attached here: the PARK PLACE AT LYTLE TENANT PRICING 2024 list.

Coat Drive at PPL to benefit St Vincent de Paul
Thursday, November 14th– Monday, November 18th

We are thrilled to announce that we have once again partnered with St. Vincent DePaul to host our Annual Park Place at Lytle Winter Coat Drive. Giving gently used coats, hats and gloves was so incredible last year and the need is so much greater this season we are truly hoping for all your support. 

As in the past, two coat barrels will be dropped off in the first-floor garage elevator lobby on the afternoon of Thursday, November 14th, and picked-up again on Monday, November 18th.

In addition to the barrels, Terrance will bring two coat racks to the first-floor elevator lobby, as we are hoping to have many donations for this good cause.  

If you have any items you wish to donate, please place them in the bins or on the rack in the first-floor lobby of the elevator Thursday, November 14th through Monday, November 18th.  Your generosity is appreciated.

Park Place Posts November 2024

The Annual Meeting for the Park Place at Lytle Condominium Owners’ Association will be held August 15, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room. A lite snack sponsored by the Social Committee will be available starting at 5:30 p.m.

The primary purpose of this meeting is for the homeowners to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors for two (2) year terms.

This is your opportunity to participate in the decision-making process of your community. Your attendance is both needed and encouraged.
