Staff Holiday Gift Notice
The Board extends its warmest wishes to residents and owners as we enter the holiday season!
Since 2006, our Park Place community has generously given financial holiday gifts to each of our front desk security and cleaning staff. We deeply appreciate their daily efforts to keep our home comfortable, safe, and clean throughout the year.
The Staff Holiday Fund allows us to collectively say thank you! Our staff are essential to the quality of life we enjoy at Park Place.
In some condo communities, unit owners give individual gifts. At Park Place, the Board coordinates gift-giving to make the process more efficient for residents and owners, as well as fairness for the staff.
We suggest and encourage each resident and owner to contribute. Historically, most have contributed $100—some have given more. Of course, contributions of any amount are welcome. Park Place takes pride in its spirit of generosity.
For accounting and payroll reasons, checks cannot be drawn on Association accounts. Therefore, please make your check payable to David Myers – Treasurer PP@L, with a notation “PP@L Holiday Gift.” Alternatively, you may Venmo Dave at @David-Myers-611. Checks can also be dropped off in the black mail slot outside Sheryl’s 4th-floor office. Please label the envelope “Holiday Gift.”
We kindly ask that contributions be made by Thursday, December 14, so gifts can be distributed before the Christmas holiday.
We’re confident that you share our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of those who clean, maintain, and secure our building. The Staff Holiday Fund is our annual opportunity to express our gratitude for their efforts.
